AK Marine is a marine services company based in Tallinn, operating under the legal name ARN OÜ. We handle hull and superstructure painting, tank cleaning, maintenance and repairs, and technical advisory work for ferry operators and shipping companies across the Baltic.
The company is led by two Master Mariners with a combined 40 years of seagoing experience between them. That background is why AK Marine understands both sides of the job: what a vessel needs to pass survey and stay in class, and what it takes to deliver that work on a live operational schedule.
Arno Kask
Arno holds a Master Mariner qualification and an MSc, and works alongside AK Marine as an Environmental and Sustainability Officer. That regulatory and environmental compliance background feeds directly into how we plan and run jobs, from waste handling on deck to keeping a harbour clean during a hull repaint.
Alo Kask
Alo is a Master Mariner serving as Captain on an offshore Service Operation Vessel (SOV) supporting the offshore wind industry. That command experience is where AK Marine’s safety culture comes from: strict permit-to-work discipline, careful load planning, and no shortcuts on work at height or in confined spaces.
